The LoanPerformance DataSite is designed to allow our clients access to
available LPS Securities Text Data files in a timely and convenient manner.
Barring a contest of data receipt as described below, this method of
distribution is considered fulfillment of our contractual obligation to provide
the client with securities text data, as specified within the contract.
Contesting Receipt of Data: If difficulties in
using the site prevent you from successfully downloading your files, it is your
responsibility to inform a LoanPerformance client services representative
within 5 business days of the attempted download.
